Willa could have her pups any day now! Nate and I saw the babies kicking her like a punching bag last night! She already made her little nest and is ready to go! I was hoping to keep at least one pup, but the waiting list for the pups has grown just in the last 2 days for 2 to 5! Im glad they will find good homes. Pics coming soon!

I was woken up early this morning to a familiar smell. The smell of a hot glue gun. Plastic melting...so being very concerned and half asleep I figured my fan was getting hot and turned it off then hopped back into bed. That didnt work so I got up and headed to the fish tanks...no melting there.....kithen? nope all good....so I proceeded to the toy room and low and behold was Nates tubaware container with his train set melting away at the space heater. Good thing I got it just in time. Its scarry to think that we are leaving for the cabin soon and I sure am glad this happened now and not when I was gone for almost a week. "Note to self....Tiffany how many times have you seen the show Rescue 911 they like had episodes of things catching on fire next to heaters all the time!" Duh
"Mom can I have some milk" "Um...why do you need milk? Have you been eating something sweet?" "No mom why?" "Um I dont know maybe because your face is covored in frosting" "What mom?" "Have you been eating PaPas Fathers Day cake?" "No mom Sylas ate it"

Well I got word today that Jamie is not going to get his official RR (2 week leave) The BC is also talking about taking their 30 day leave when they get home and shortening it to 15 days. This is terrible and I just ask that everyone keep the whole platoon over there in ya'lls prayers. The families of this company do not deserve this one bit especially with the 12-18 hour a day shifts with only 1 day a week off that the soldiers are getting. On a lighter note it will be even more exciting to see him when he comes home!
Got my hair trimmed today and the stylist begged me to braid it HAHA so I got to feel perty for a day. :)
Nate wanted to show me something in the back yard. I figured it was a dead ant that he squashed or a piece of bark dust that looked like poo.No....he wanted to show me his super powers from the water he drank earlier. (thanks grandma HA)
Today is Nate's last day of school! He did a little jig this morning before putting his shoes on.
I FOUND A STAR FISH IN THE TANK!!!!!! I was shocked to see this traditional star fish moving around on the glass! Its amazing how things can just pop up out of nowhere. There also seems to be some eery creepy looking worm thinga magigee growing out of the skimmer moter. He just needs to stay there HA
The annual Bend Balloon festival was up and running! The balloons took off early this morning around 6 but Nate and I were not able to make it. Thought I might be able to see them from our house but we were a little too far. Mom and dad got a good picture though!
I wish I could have rode the ponies and slide down the Titanic!When we first got there it was nice with no lines so Nate was able to get a feel for all the jumpies. He started a trend by sliding upside down on the Titanic. No one else could master this special technique. He really enjoyed the pony rides and didnt want to get off but I dont think they were going fast enough for him HAHAWe also saw a guy blending his own fruit smoothy with a stationary exercise bike. Veeeery interesting.Had a blast and cant wait for future up-coming events!
Well they must have restocked this morning because between Nate and I we caught a total of 17 fish. Yes thats right.......17! Of course there is a 2 limit so they all got put back. Every time we go the fish keep getting bigger and bigger its kinda funny.Jamie, remember the time in Louisiana when we went fishing out at the river at it was in the 90* with 100% humidity and we didnt catch anything but a bad sun burn? Maybe they migrated over here HAHAHABy the way, hes doing his "caw caw" impression if you havent noticed yet in other posts throughout the months.
So its been raining for a few days now and I knew the water was going to be merky but Nate wanted to go fishing even this morning when I woke him up for school. He wanted to go fishing instead of school HA. So off we went and this time we fished off the bottom. Its so sad because rainbows are so beautiful when they first come out of the water, but over time they loose it all and now it looks like a bass or something.
Ok last time I posted "Coolest McDonald's Toy" and I believe it was the batman car. This time its the "Funniest McDonald's Toy" Its an ancient Rome guy named Octavius. He is riding a giant squrrel. I couldnt stop laughing! I HAVE to see this movie if this thing is in it!(Night At The Museum 2)
I would love to go to a kindergarden or 1st grade class just so I can do the letters, shapes, and numbers on those cool lined pages over and over and over again! Aunt Pennie what do you say I pay a visit LOLOLOLI found a dry erase board with all three on them so Nate was working on the numbers, but he got frustrated when I told him the proper way to write them so we moved onto shapes instead. Can you guess which ones are mine? HAHAHAThe shapes did not bother me so I let him do those on his own and wow was he focused. Any more focused and I think his tongue would have fallen out.
