Nate

Went upstairs last night to check on Nate and he had moved from his bed to the floor. I moved him back to his bed and the next morning I asked him why he did that. He said it was his camp out. It was so cute to see his little lantern. This morning he was wearing Jamies equipment and using his lego gun gun.

He has found Jamie's equipment and likes to play with it saying, "Im going to be daddy when I get big" so he uses anything he can find that does not look like a gun that he can use as a gun. He keeps telling me that guns are not allowed at school and they cant make guns which I am assuming he is talking about legos. He builds these huge lego guns all the time. Awwww brother your nephew is getting into legos!
He got a valentine box from Grammy and PaPa and it had a lego kit in it with a police helicopter. This was his first big boy lego kit. We sat on the floor and worked on it. I think it was more like an educational thing then a play toy. Teaching him to follow steps from 1-? and to look at the picture and then find the pieces. When his tongue starts to hang out I know he found a good 'work'
Sometimes he will make odd things and want me to take pictures of them. He called this the trap so I was not able to walk across it for a few minutes or I would fall into the hole.

Snow

Nate woke me up this morning with "IT SNOWED!!!!!" He was so excited and kept asking for his snow suit that he wore back in Bend. I told him it was too small for him and we dont have it anymore. Living down here you are not prepared for snow so we have no gear. Nate went out and threw snowballs at the fence. Then ofcourse you could hear the M16 in the air. I said, "Nate its daddy!" HAHAHA He must be enjoying the now too

Fragin Some Bubble Coral

I have this huge bubble coral that I have avoided fraging (cutting into pieces) because I have never fraged this spacific coral before. (LPS) Sooo the time had finally come..... So I got my little trusty dremel out and found a pair of Jamie's Army goggled and a towel (so not prepared) to avoid anything hitting or spraying me in the face. It went sooo smoothy and was faster then I expected. BUT there wont be any more 'cutting' fraging in the kitchen. I am paranoid that some microscopic after spray from the saw will poof into the air and land on my kitchen counters. LOLOL

Nate has a girlfriend........ I picked him up from school and this little voice from behind us said, "Hi bye" Nate and I both looked around and there she was.....curly dirty blond hair brown eyes and loves pink...... Nate freaked and said, "oh mom wait I have to go say goodbye to her and give her a hug!" So he ran to her hugged her and her mom says, "This must be Nathan your talking about" So come to find out when this little girl doesnt want to go to school her mom says, "Dont you want to go see Nathan" and she wants to go to school. I let out a laugh but inside I was screaming (NOT ALREADY!) So then we started walking to the car and Nate says, "Mom I love her and I am going to marry her" Seriously what do you say to that?

ITS FINALLY DONE

OH THE PAIN AND MISSERY!!! This site has been a pain in my butt! I have been working on it non stop for weeks and ITS FINALLY DONE! Its opened and now I can sit back and not mess with it or worry about it.
Buuuuut then I noticed a pop up for a down load security patch so people cant hack into it so now I have to upload my site and save it and put this patch in. Its just like adding anything else that I have added on the site. When I thought I was done I was wrong but once the patch is in THEN I wont have to worry. :)
Whew........
I think I might make a sign that says, "We are closed on Sunday" LOLOLOL

Nates Valentine Day Box

Nate made his valentine day box for school. They have these pre made boxes with cards inside of them but I thought "its more fun to make your own" so he went crazy with the paint! I thought it would be cute for the kids to put a card in Nates box and see a dinosaur inside of it! So he painted that and smothered it in glitter then I super glued it to the inside of the box. I think the best part of valentines day at school is getting to open up the envelopes inside!

NCO Training

Well Jamie might not have been able to go to Haiti but now he is in NCO training for his Sergeant!!
They had Class A (formal wear) inspections this morning. They are VERY picky so we spent a good 10 minutes outside inspecting for dog hair.
Jamie went inside to get his hat and he comes back outside with some hair on his back heel. I guess static electricity was involved. THANKS SYLAS! So another 5 minutes getting hair off and licking the fingers to clean the shoes.
Its crazy but it has to be done. Its amazing how you can spend forever cleaning and inspecting your clothes but when your about to leave little things pop up out of nowhere.
Its funny because you can drive around post and see wives outside plucking and picking at their husbands HAHAAHA Nothing beats natural lighting on the front porch
