Its all done!

Jamie made me the light holder tonight! I was so excited! It only took him a few minutes I guess working in construction all thoes years really helped HAHA
Neighbors came over and wanted Jamie to look for a serial number on their gun so he took it apart for them. Nate ofcourse was sooooo excited and wanted to hold it. I let him hold it long enough to take the photo and then snatched it out of his hand considering guns make me nervous.

Sylas Treatment Week 2

Well Sy had his 3rd bath today and has been on the pills for almost 2 weeks now. I dont want to say I see a big imporvement but the vet did say these pills take about 30 days to show any effect on the skin and coat. The good news is since he has been getting these frequent baths his skin has not broken out in sores since the first time we discovered it which is good because this means he wont be prone to infections.

Happy Birthday To Mua

I hit the big 27 today YEA Had a great time with friends and the fam The cake was an ice cream cake! I was bummed to see it cut as I did not want to ruin the picture LOLOL Jamie wanted to cut the cake. Then he handed me a piece that was the horses butt. Everyone had a good laugh at that. With the sugar rush Jamie and Nate had a good time playing 'hide from the camera' under the blankets. We watched the move The Blind Side which was really good. Nate sang happy birthday to me one last time as I was tucking him in. He wanted to do the version that never ended. From now on anytime there is a photo that involves the kitchen or food I want to do a little "Where is Sylas" game. Can you guess where Sylas is? LOLOLOLOL

Nate Being Creative

Nate has gone full force in the interaction and pretend play lately. Its so much fun playing action figures with him or pretending he is a super hero. "No mom im not Nathan im an inja" So here is his 'Camp Out' as he calls it. Looks like Bat Man missed out on this pic he was busy going to the bathroom in the trees. I wonder what kind of stories they are telling each other around that camp fire.

Here is my little frag holding tank! I did this all by myself thanks to some dad genes of handy dandy work. :) The pump is down below and the water flows down into the over flow box on the right and water gets pumped out the T bar! The light that I have hovers over the top. Jamie has to make me a little hang man unit for it. YEA
Its all a matter of standing in the Lowes plumbing isle for the longest time trying to figure out what to do. What funny is the over flow box is a large 4'' PVC pipe with a sewer drain cover HAHA

Rat Dog

So Sy has an unconfirmed skin issue that causes hair loss and rash like sores on the skin. Jamie and I are doing some at home steps to ease the issue before we make a final decision. So far he is doing fantastic! He is on daily Omega Tri V Caps which he loves because he gets them smothered in peanut butter. He also is getting 2 baths a week with Etiderm shampoo which is really working. The sore spots are soft and are actually pink not read like they originally were. I decided to shave him so those spots are easier to get to with the shampoo. These bottles are pretty small and with all of Sys fur it would take up 2 bottles. YIKES Since the shave he has been hyper running around the house and acting all goofy. I think he likes it. :) This is the first bath he has had with this special shampoo and hes been on the pills for a week and so far I can see a animporvement! The first pic is the current one and the second is the one before treatment and then ofcourse rat boy at the bottom.

Annual Eggonaut Drop

This is going to be great!
The school is having their annual Eggonaut Drop March 26th
You take an egg and put it in something no larger then 6x6x6 and the teachers take them up onto the roof of the school and drop them to the ground. Who ever has an eggonaut survive wins!
Soooooo I think Nate should be in good hands. MUA HA HA HA I have that size box and all the shipping supplies for coral so I figured I would do the same thing. Ofcourse we are going to test it but filling a small bag with water and having the egg float in the bag then fill the box with peanuts. Hmmmm could be promising. If ya'll have any ideas we can try let me know this will be fun!

School Project

The ladies at Nate's school cafeteria gave each child a tin can to decorate for their Easter Egg hunt. My plan was to have a bunny can but Nate wanted to do an abominable snow man look. He had fun with 'dip dip' of the cotton balls LOL

No Fishy No

Well Jamie caught the biggest fish ever since I have known him HAHA Largmouth bass! Good size croppie too. Sad though they were still alive and Nate said, "my dada is going to cut your dada" LOLOLOL Jamie had to explain that fish dont have dadas so Nate felt better. I dont know but I think I still got Jamie beat what do ya'll think MUA HA HA HA

Going to the park

Today was a BEAUTIFUL day! Well it was cool but not cold and over cast my favorite days! This park is a couple houses down from us and now that the weather is warming up and not raining so much we are going to be spending much more time here. Nate had a blast and Sy enjoyed getting out and sniffing the air. No squerrels this time Sy sorry

Im going on Vacation!!!!!

After I have a couple days of getting swamped with orders I feel burnt out. I manage the site and sell on Ebay at the same time. I have a shipment from Jakarta and Indonesia next monday soooo I am going on vacation this week! Well its not really a vacation but I am going to organize some stuff that I have been wanting to do around the house. Yard work, car cleaning, garage cleaning, You know all that crazy spring cleaning stuff. Erika remember our spring cleaning lasts all year long LOLOLOL
