FISHING!!

We got up at 4 am this morning and headed to the lake. Nate enjoyed his little buscuit breakfast by the lamp while we started our poles.
We caught quite a few fish all the way up until about 8am. Nate cried and wanted to take the fish home and put them in the aquarium. HAHA We made the mistake of putting too big of a hook on Nates little pole. He got a couple huge ones that snapped the line right before we could land them sooo we had to switch out the hook.
When the turtles started to bite it was time to go.
Had a great time and will probably go back out there again soon

Cookin Again

Nate is really getting into cooking. He made brownies and starbucks coffee in the bathtub this morning so I think he has been practicing.

Prayers Needed

My friend/supplier out of Baton Rouge was in a serious car accident yesterday. He is in the ICU and still has yet to open his eyes. Please keep the family in ya'lls prayers.

UPDATE: Well he started talking and I guess a 14 year old hit him. What a great witness opportunity to the family. I spoke to his wife and told her all reef members and family and friends are praying for them. An hour later he opens his eyes and starts talking. She said whatever your doing its working and thanks me. That just puts a big simle on my face :)

No More DVDs

We had our DVD collection for quite awhile. While Nate was growing up he did a very good job at not messing with the DVDs. Though visiting children liked to use them as blocks or a game of dominos it didnt start getting bad until we had so many they started falling out the sides of the tv stand. So I got 2 nice leather DVD holding cases and organized them in wester, action, romance and so on. This system has been awesome and there isnt a DVD eye sore. Nate on the other hand was starting to build his collection. Lately he would get so excited to pick a movie out by the time he found one he wanted it looked like a DVD bomb had gone off. So I decided to get Nate his own DVD case. Then Jamies Xbox games went in their own 'BOX'
