I got some native shells when we were at the beach to put in the tank. I noticed this afternoon one of the hermits already made himself at home in one of them!

What a fantastic vacation we had! Stayed in a little beach house short walking distance from the surf. The weather was wonderful. Cloudy and in the mid 70s. Dad and Nate built a sand castle to watch it get slammed by a wave. Grandma and Nate built a fort and I built a sand castle while dad was able to get some golfing in. Went to the Tilamook cheese factory and saw the massive blocks of cheese roll around on a conveyer belt. The Tilamook air museum was really interesting. Once person owned all those planes and actually flys all of them! The building was used in World War to hold the blimps that ran along the coast.
Before the end of the trip we went to the Oregon Coast aquarium and we got to pet some rays and sharks. When we got home a much needed storm came through and gave us some good water for the grass and plants.
It was alot of fun and cant wait to do it again!

Swimming!

Nate and I went over to GGs house and went swimming! Nate loves to go swimming!

Been so busy selling stuff on craigslist (thats done YEA) and vacations that I have not been caring for my poor Goniopora. I usually fed it every night but have been slacking big time.
So I decided to film it HA
Of course anytime there is food in the tank and a crab is near by they act like they havent eaten in years. The shrimp thought it would be neat to sneak up behind the back and then try and shoo me away.

Quarantine

Well Nate, Sylas and I have some sort of stomach bug. Im still wondering if some of mine are butterflies but for the most part its something. Nate had a fever last night but broke it. He has not been eating well but managed to munch on some toast. I have been living on honey comb cereal for a few days since that is the only thing that makes me not nauseous. Ofcourse Nate is pulling the "Im sick" card so I pamper him with bed side cartoons. On top of that his legs have been hurting at night. It must be a bummer to be sick and have growing pains.
For the most part its nothing major so he still tries to play with his toys throughout the day when he can. I cleaned the garage at 6AM which was not normal so I hope its not like an ameba or something LOLOLOL

I miss my husband more and more now that I have seen these. I cant WAIT for him to get home so we can be a family again. Currently kicken some deployment booty!

The Kitchen is Proud To Be An American

Ok dont laugh I was having a goofy moment! So I put the fan in the kitchen window and then left to go get something. I come back and noticed the flag fluttering in the breeze.
Not so much a goofy moment but a Tiffany moment tee hee hee
I seem to have a problem using the veggie basket for other things rather then veggies. :)
