So with moving comes sacrifices and one of those is my 55 gallon tank. The calvuses went to a nice 100 gallon home and the 55 is clean and ready for sale. As seen in the picture Sylas wouldnt move and thought I was taking pics of himself so you can see his paws in the photo. His tail was wagging the whole time. "Sorry Sy I wasnt taking pics of you" feeling bad I made the flash go on the camera to make him think I was taking pics of him and that seemed to work.
I actually feel good about getting rid of it. Its like an elephant off my chest. Now I can concentrate and enjoy the salt water. I have made a scream on selling bunches of stuff on craigs list. I should find out here in a few days where we stand on the waiting list for housing at Polk.

Zeek Oct. 4, 1998 - July 18, 2009 A LOAN FROM GOD God promised at the birth of time, a special friend to give, his time on earth is short, he said, so love him while he lives. It may be six or seven years, or twelve or then sixteen, but will you, till I call him back, take care of him for me? A wagging tail and cold wet nose, and silken velvet ears, a heart as big as all outdoors, to love you through the years. His puppy ways will gladden you, and antics bring a smile, as guardian or friend he will, be loyal all the while. He'll bring his charms to grace your life, and though his stay be brief, when he's gone the memories, are solace for your grief. I cannot promise he will stay, since all from earth return, but lessons only a dog can teach, I want you each to learn. Whatever love you give to him, returns in triple measure, follow his lead and gain a life, brim full of simple pleasure. Enjoy each day as it comes, allow your heart to guide, be loyal and steadfast in love, as the dog there by your side. Now will you give him all your love, nor think the labor vain, nor hate me when I come to call, to take him back again? I fancy each of us would say, "Dear Lord, thy will be done, for all the joy this day shall bring, the risk of grief we'll run." "We'll shelter him with tenderness, we'll love him while we may, and for the happiness we've known, forever grateful stay." "But shall the angels call for him, much sooner than we've planned, we'll brave the bitter grief that comes, and try to understand." Author unknownZeek, Our beloved 'Bee' 'ZeekeBee' 'my first born' Though our hard decision to let you go was all out of love, May you have plentiful pig ears and raw hides that you desire large cool lakes to float in and big grey squirrels to chase You have been an amazing dog all these years. We love you and you will be greatly missed

This morning I was busy doing stuff and noticed Nate sitting on the couch watching cartoons with a picture of Jamie facing the TV. I wanted to laugh but thought this was a serious moment. He used a chair yesterday to grab the picture off of his dressor and put it facing him on his night stand. This morning he grabbed it and had it with him while watching TV. I asked him, "Nate whatcha doin?" "Me and dada are watching cartoons" I thought it was soooo sweet so I took a couple pics.
Its been official for about a week now. Hubby and I have decided to go back to Polk to finish out his 2 years. Not 100% sure if we are staying in or not but it would be nice to settle in the North West in a couple years. I have been busy busy busy selling stuff on craigslist and doing an extended summer cleaning. I still dont know how you can 'spring clean' your house numerous times and still find stuff. Im so excited and I cant wait to finally see husband again! I have crazy butterflies in my stomach just thinking about it.
Charlie eating a green peaWell this is the last week with the rats since they turn 4 weeks by Friday. I decided to film them a little so you can see them rough and tumble with each other.

The folks stopped by Tri-Cities, WA for a Carroll reunion on their way to taking Kyleigh home after her visit. The "chorus line" photo was almost complete except for a couple of Carroll boys and a Carroll/Wiles girl missing.
