Busy Day

Jamie got off early today which was sooooo nice! I went to the Dr. office to get Nate's X-Rays, but they had to be copied so we should get them in a few days. I split the fry tank up to give the new babies more room. I also re-potted my wedding anniversary rose bush!! I told Jamie I am bound to take this with us wherever we go! It all started in Clarksville TN and it has moved 4 times in 3 years! Its lookin a little sad right now, but it always seems to come back around. Nate played in the backyard for awhile, then we went over to the park where he swinged and played football with some of the neighborhood kids. Jamie and Nate also went out front and rode bikes. I wish I had the camera so I could have taken video of Jamie on this little kids bike, it was hilarious!

Well I was putting some makeup on and Nathan was watching me very closely. He has always been fascinated with the face paint in the black bag that mamma uses. I turned around to talk to Jamie and when I turned back around there he was with mascara all over his face. Don't worry, he was not crying in pain, but he wanted to keep it on and I was about to clean it off before the photo was taken. :)

Micro Cave

Usually if I can, I reheat something from dinner for Nathans lunch. A nice big warm lunch always fits his appetite. We have been working on patience while preparing these meals considering it consists of me placing them in the microwave. Seeing his food disappear into this small white humming object upsets him very much. Today was a time for change. I guess he learned that this American revolution of an object was not eating or taking away his food, but actually making it better then before. Nathan actually wanted to push the start button and watch the food go round and round. Ahhhh another milestone of the child hood mind completed.
