The Man Cave

Ok so the business is booming fast and its growing so I am extending everything! Im now going to cary inverts like crabs snails, star fish, urchins, and so forth. I still have not plunged into the fish thing yet. That is like a whole other thing that I really dont want to get into unless I owned my own home and had more room. I will occasionally get some in and place them in my holding tanks but they just dont sell well.
So I dont want inverts in my house thats over doing it so for the past month even though its been 105 outside YIKES I have been keeping close eye on the temperature of the garage oops I mean "Man Cave" sure enough it stables between 75-77 when its over 100 outside. This is awesome news! So I spent all day yesterday cleaning the "Man Cave" out. Got some of the shipping supply oujt of the house and organzized everything. The pile in the middle is mainly boxes that needs to be thrown out.
Nate decorated the invert tub so it looks very nice :) We have our live rock and about 4'' of water in there moving around by powerhead just waiting for the new babies. Nate LOVES and I repeat LOVES crabs. He is so facinated with the different types of shells. He loves to watch them move around and you can even hand feed them its great.
I made my egg crate frag stand so I can number and organize my frags that I wanted under my Metal Halide light. When someone purchases something from my site it doesnt show a pic of what they purchased so I have to be very organized. Well Nate too permanent marker to the tank one day after rubbing off my numbers. I stayed very calm thinking "well...I did say this was his tank" so I explained why he couldnt do it and was able to re number everything with no issues. So he gets to color on the crab tank now hahaha
Nate is so adorable when he talks about the "curl" he knows alot of the names and will point out to stuff. He likes the brain "curls" the most

Nate loves it when I make boxes! Its a fun time for him to be creative and make things out of the extra pieces. So I decided have fun too and create gun guns for him. He also got sun glasses and a cell phone. HAHA
Now he is ready for a special mission

Dysentery Anyone?

Ok I have had it with this sand box! Now that summer is here is rains almost every day in the afternoon for about an hour or less. No matter how many holes I put in this thing water still sits in it. I wanted to move the sand box over to the side so I got set up the pool. We I noticed an oder coming from the pool and Nate was playing in it. I told him to get out, took all his toys out washed them off now Im going to stick them in a tub with bleach water and the sand box is done. No more! Nate loves it so much though we are going to make a wooden one with a lid that opens and closes so we dont have this problem. bla
The dark stuff is potting soil by the way :)

Ok ya'll I know I know I have slacked BIG TIME on the blog! I am so sorry :(

We have been doing some fun stuff with Nate lately and I have failed to load the stuff onto the blog! I am determined to get this blog rollin again.

I made a cheese cake yesterday and Nate LOVED it.

He was plaing with his jar of buttons again today and was mactching to the same button or similar colors.

He has changed so much this summer! He has such a heart and I love him so much. "mom" "yes Nate" "are you hungry? Do you need me to fix you something to eat?" "No I am ok Nate but thank you" "you sure mom no no I think your hungry let me fix you something you just sit down"

So I am thinking to myself hmmm I think I will have fun with this so i began to tell Nate exactly what I wanted and was over exaderating about it too. Nate finally interupted me and said, "MOM MOM listen....you have to be happy with what I make you...you cant have everything you want" I was a little shocked he said that and started laughing and he smiled and I then had to squeez him. Its funny that he wanted to say that to me so bad because there have been so many times where I am making dinner and he doesnt want to eat it and asks for me to order a pizza for him and Jamie and I can have the dinner. HAHA riiiiight

He loves to mop my floor, sweep the floors, vacume, clean his bathroom, clean the windows, dust any kind of cleaning you can think of Nate is right there. You ask him to clean his room....."Mom my leg hurts" HAHAHA

Sorry Ya'll

Sorry I have not kept up on the blog recently I have been so busy with the business.
So to start getting things back to the norm of my random conversations and stories I will start with what is going on right now.
It is 1 am and I am up. Why you might ask well Mr Remmy insists on being lovey at night when we go to bed. He knows not to go near Jamie so I get the blunt of all the eye lid kisses that he insists on giving me. Now we all know how rough a cats tongue is...imagine that on your eye lids...yea exactly...so tonight I decided that I would shut the door to get a nice peaceful nights sleep.
WRONG
I hear this pitiful meew outside the door. Not a normal meow at that but this cry of "mom why have you shut me out dont you love me" So I let him in and he gives me one last mew as to say "yea thats what I thought" and heads right for my pillow. Then the purr attack happens and he wont leave me alone. Then the un thinkable happens....he heads straight for Jamies eye lids NOOO REMMY! I quickly snatch him before he ends up on the other side of the room and realize ok poor Jamie has to get up at work so I took Mr Rem and put him back out. (Ash was downstairs sleeping by the way) Then again the poor wittle mews so I got up and as I was walking down the stairs he mews at every step as to say "come on mom almost there"
So as I type this there are both fast asleep at my feet. Ok seriously why......I know very well as soon as I head up those stairs he will be right behind me.

Aligator Park Fun Day!

Friend of ours had never been there before so we decided to go back to the ol Alligator Park. It was great because this time we got to see them feed the gators!
Nate had a camp out with Ash later this evening and was telling him bed time stories. Ash would lightly take his paw and place it on Nates face. Awww so cute
